Remember who you really are!

Help me prepare for my workshop at SoulTreat at the Art of Living Center! This is going to be a practice run for me to make sure my music and everything is perfectly timed and working properly. I cannot wait to share this transformational experience with you! :-) 

In this workshop you will find your light again as you unravel and release the old identities, beliefs and patterns that no longer serve you. Dr. Julie will guide you through this journey using breathwork, meditation, Qigong, Kundalini Yoga, and sound healing to bring your body and mind into a state of harmony so that the old can be released and your light can shine more brightly than ever. 

Kundalini Yoga helps to balance, strengthen, and move the energy in the chakras methodically up the spine, while bringing healing to the nervous system. 

Qigong works to cultivate the vital force life energy within you, which then allows more of the vital life force energy that Kundalini Yoga activates to move and circulate through your body.

These two practices work synergistically, and together they create incredible balance, harmony and well-being in the body, and in this workshop in particular, they will guide you out of fear so that you can experience true joy. 

Dr. Julie Hutsell-Starling, is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine and Licensed Acupuncturist, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Akashic Records Soul Realignment Practitioner and a Qigong and Kundalini Yoga Teacher. Julie calls herself a way-shower because she guides you back home to who you truly are using embodiment techniques to get you out of the mind that keeps you stuck and into your heart and physical body where true healing happens.
