We will be holding the special ceremony at the Leon Mann Sr. Center, in Morehead City, and will read the names of the family and friends being honored and remembered as well as releasing beautiful painted lady butterflies as part of our ceremony. To honor or remember a loved one, purchase a butterfly to be released using the posted form, and if able, plan to join Carteret Health Care Hospice on Saturday, May 30, 2026 at 9:30 AM for refreshments and 10:00 AM for the ceremony. Money raised will help support the patients and families our agency serves in Carteret County through home hospice services.  For more information please call 252-499-6081.
