First off we'll have a policy workshop where attendees will hear from experienced party members on all aspects of motion writing, helping develop their skills for real party conferences and meetings.

The other half of the day will be spent on actually speaking on and passing motions in front of the mock conference. 

All of these are critical skills newer members will find really valuable within Labor.
