That's why I'm hosting a FREE Women's Health Support Group on Tuesday, February 24th at noon in Dayton, Ohio. It's called "Running on Empty," and it's for women who are tired of being tired.

We're going to talk about:
-  What the invisible mental load actually IS (and why it's exhausting you)
- The real biology behind burnout — what's happening in your body (guest speaker)
-  Micro self-care that works when you have no time, money, or energy

This group is specifically for women navigating postpartum, PMDD, PCOS, menopause, depression, anxiety, ADHD, or just the weight of carrying everything alone.
