This Level 2 hands-on adjustments workshop is designed for experienced yoga teachers who are ready to deepen their skill, confidence, and discernment with physical assists.


This class builds on foundational adjustment knowledge and focuses on refinement, responsiveness, and intelligent touch. We’ll explore how to read bodies more clearly, adapt assists in real time, and offer hands-on support that honors both anatomy and the nervous system.


You’ll learn how to:
• Refine hands-on assists for common Level 2 postures
• Read subtle movement patterns and compensations
• Adapt adjustments for varied bodies and injuries
• Offer consent-based, trauma-aware touch
• Use touch to enhance stability, ease, and awareness


This is a practice-based, interactive workshop. Participants will both give and receive adjustments in a professional, supportive learning environment.


YTT Continuing Education Credits
 This workshop qualifies for Yoga Teacher Training Continuing Education (CEU) credits. Certificates will be provided upon completion.


Prerequisites:
• 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (or equivalent experience)
• Comfort with basic hands-on assists


Best suited for: Certified yoga teachers and advanced teacher trainees

What to bring: Yoga mat, comfortable clothing, willingness to explore nuanced touch

Space is limited to ensure depth, safety, and personalized guidance.


Free for Nearme instructors, previous Teacher Trainees, and Nearme members
