This immersive, hands-on workshop is designed specifically for yoga teachers who want to refine their adjustment skills with clarity, confidence, and care.

In this class, we’ll explore intentional, consent-based hands-on assists that support students’ bodies, nervous systems, and energetic experience—without force or over-correction.


You’ll learn how to:
• Read bodies and movement patterns
• Offer safe, effective physical assists
• Adapt adjustments for different body types and abilities
• Work with consent, communication, and presence
• Use touch as a tool for support, not control


This is a practice-based workshop, meaning you’ll both give and receive adjustments in a supportive, professional environment.


YTT Continuing Education Credits:
This workshop qualifies for Yoga Teacher Training Continuing Education (CEU) credits. Certificates will be provided upon completion.


Whether you’re newly certified or a seasoned teacher, this class will help you deepen your relationship to hands-on assists and bring more confidence and integrity into your teaching.

Best suited for: Yoga teachers & teacher trainees (Students welcome with prior yoga experience)

What to bring: Yoga mat, comfortable clothing, openness to practice

Space is limited to ensure a high-quality, hands-on learning experience.

Free for Nearme instructors, previous Teacher Trainees, and Nearme members
