Join Medium Tara Grossi and artist/Reiki practitioner, Deirdre Currie for a mini meditative creative experience blending a quick meditation, and our intuitive connection, and artistic expression.
This February, we explore the theme Life Force Tree—painting a grounded, rooted tree symbolizing strength, stability, growth, love, and connection to our inner foundation.
Through meditation and creative flow, you’ll be guided and express what comes through onto the canvas—no art or meditation experience required.
This class includes:
