Join Scott for a powerful midweek experience designed to build resilience from the inside out subbing for Brianna. This intentionally paced strength flow focuses on muscular endurance, breath discipline, and mental steadiness. Expect controlled heat, longer holds, and thoughtful transitions that challenge you to stay present when it would be easier to pull back.
This is not a rushed power class. It is a forge. A steady build. A reminder that strength creates calm.
Class will include:�
• Breathwork to anchor focus�
• Slow-burn strength sequencing�
• Long holds to cultivate endurance�
• Deep hip and shoulder release�
• Grounding sound integration to close
You will leave feeling solid, centered, and reset for the rest of your week.
All levels welcome. Modifications and progressions will be offered.
