The SaskPower Windscape Kite Club is excited to announce a one-of-a-kind community art project and fundraiser: “Colour The Wind: A Legacy Kite Arch Fundraiser” happening during SaskPower Windscape Kite Festival.

You are invited to purchase and COLOUR one of our special edition eddy kites that will become part of a spectacular kite arch installation—a soaring legacy that will fly each year at the beloved Windscape Kite Festival.

“It’s more than a kite,” says Christine Ciona, one of the event organizers. “It’s a way to invest in community, creativity, and connection—forever.”

Participants can personalize a kite with their own art, message, colors and designs, or dedication. Each $50 kite purchase directly supports the SaskPower Windscape Kite Festival and contributes to building a lasting visual symbol of community spirit and imagination.
