Glasses for Kids!

As you are aware, the Glasses For Kids program will be visiting MEPS November 5th to 7th to provide Prep to Grade 3 students with FREE vision screening, then testing and glasses if required.

Consent cards containing a QR code will be coming home over the next few days to all Prep to Grade 3 students.

Paper copy consent forms can be collected from the office if this method is preferred.

The Glasses for Kids program have now requested that consents be completed by last day of term 3 ( September 19th).

If you require further information please don't hesitate to contact the school office where spare Information for Families brochures can also be collected.
