Mediterranean Harvest Bowl
-layered with white bean hummus, Muhammara (a Middle Eastern walnuts and roasted red pepper dip), tabbouleh salad (an Eastern Mediterranean salad made with parsley, bulgar wheat, mint, onions, lemon juice & olive oil), raw roasted pickled local veggies, fresh mixed greens, tahini dressing, feta cheese & topped with our own blend of Dukka. 

?Vegetarian, Vegan & Gluten Free options available.

?Meals also include dessert, water & lemonade. This event's feature dessert is chocolate chip cookies or vegan peanut butter oat cookies.

Heart-n-Soul is a pay what you can cafe. You are welcome to pay what you would typically pay for a meal at a local restaurant, pay what you can, pay it forward to help a neighbor in need & if you'd like to volunteer in exchange for a meal, please talk to Leola. We meet you where you are at, no questions asked, no matter your means!
