Join us for a workshop on how to begin a meditation practice!
Throughout the class you will experience tools to help calm the mind and body, develop meditation techniques for ease of practice, learn how to adjust your body to feel more at ease in seated posture, and discover resources that can shift old habits and patterns
This workshop will be taught in two parts, each consisting of a short talk, gentle seated movement, guided breathwork, and seated meditation, with a break in between (tea will be served), then ending with a short Q&A and book signing.
