THE INVITATION
Step into a warm, grounding, sensory-rich experience designed to bring you back home to
your body. In this 60 minute sacred journey, you’ll gently awaken the Lower Dantian—located in the lower belly—which is known in Eastern traditions as the body’s core energy center for  grounding, vitality, intuition, life force energy, emotional stability, and deep inner power.

This isn’t a class you just attend. It’s a felt experience your whole being responds to.
