A Senior Retreat, Adult Day Services will be bringing a fall-risk prevention class to your town next month! 
A Matter of Balance is an exercise program that addresses the "fear of falling" in older adults- keeping us active and independent longer in our own homes! This program is an 8-week class that will help change the mindsets that hold us back! 
If you or someone that you know has concerns about falls and would like to take action to stay independent longer, please encourage or consider joining our class! 
You will be a part of an evidence-based class where we will learn exercises that are simple but have a long-term benefit to your balance and flexibility! You will also meet people in your area with the same positive mindset! Sign up today! Classes will start on November 3rd at the Mooresville Senior Citizens Center! 

This is our final class for our HFI grant awarded from MCHD for 2025!
