Chef will talk about the history and traditional sauces. You will get hands on making dumplings while chef talks you through two classic sauces. 

You will be greeted with antipasto while chef Ed discuss the gnocchi making process from start to finish.  We will make and roll pasta while chef demonstrates the sauces.
