Weather permitting, class will be held outside on the front lawn, next to the patio. If the weather is inclement we'll practice inside, in the library. 

This class will be appropriate for all-ages and all-levels. Come as you are, no experience necessary. Modifications will be offered for beginners. 

We'll wake up the body & mind, using sun salutations as a moving meditation, moving with intention, focusing on linking breath with movement. This will be a slow-paced vinyasa-based flow, accessible to all-levels of students. 

Afterwards, enjoy coffee, tea, and pastries outside on the patio, in the café, or cozied up with a book on the library's velvet sofa.

WHEN: 
Saturday, April 11th, 9:30 AM. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before start time to check in and set up your mat. 

WHERE: 
2 E. Main St., Moorestown, NJ 08057. French Press is located on the corner of Main & High St., across from Passariello's. Look for the giant horse statue on the corner! 

COST: $15 per person. Payment may be made via Venmo, or cash.

Please note: 
Parking is available along Main St., High Street, and behind businesses on Main. 

☕️ Class will be held outside on the front lawn, weather permitting. Alternately, we'll practice in the library. Make your way to the right of the pastry counter, past the wash room, and through the secret door 🚪🗝 

🥐 What to bring: Yoga mat and water, and any props you would like to use. 

🇫🇷 This class will be suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced. Everybody is welcome!
