Jade will also discuss practical ways we can better support people living with ADHD at work, in education, and in everyday life.ADHD is a neurodevelopmental condition characterised by persistent patterns of inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity that can affect daily functioning. It influences focus, self-regulation, and task organisation in ways that vary widely from person to person and may continue from childhood into adulthood.Having been diagnosed with ADHD herself, Jade will share her personal journey, including the challenges she faced growing up and the impact ADHD had on her mental health, offering both professional insight and lived experience.This forum is suitable for anyone wanting to learn more about ADHD, whether for personal understanding, to support others, or to create more inclusive environments.Venue: Sustainability Board RoomDate: Wednesday, 11 February 2026Time: 12:00 – 13:00Tea and coffee will be provided, and you are welcome to bring your lunch.
