As the year gathers pace, this is your invitation to pause.
Rest to Reset has become one of our most loved regular events, offering a dedicated space to slow down, regulate the nervous system and return to a steadier rhythm. Across two hours, you will be guided through gentle restorative shapes supported by props, while live sound instruments create a layered, immersive experience that encourages deep rest.
This is not about stretching further or doing more. It is about allowing the body to feel safe enough to soften. When the nervous system shifts out of stress mode, clarity, calm and balance naturally follow.
You will leave feeling grounded, spacious and reset for the weeks ahead.
