At 4.30pm, we'll be kicking off our new monthly event: Deadlift Party. 
Whether you're new to deadlifts, looking to hit a PB or just wanting to improve your form, this is for everyone! 
There will be a prize for those who lift the most (taking your bodyweight into account) so we'd love to see you give it a go! 

Elite Supplements will also be around for you to try some of their best sellers (think pre-workout and electrolytes!).
