o	Define core values to help guide strategic decisions.
o	Outline 3–5 priority initiatives to focus on over the next 12–18 months.

This is event will be in person at the Tri-Lakes Chamber of Commerce building. It will be live-streamed on Facebook and posted on the website to view later.
