Laura is passionate about encouraging women to prioritise self care and time for themselves. Wether it's a few moments sitting in the sun with a good book. Listening to the leaves rustling through the trees while sipping a herbal tea. Attending a yoga class. Noticing your breath or sitting by a waterfall. 

These simple acts of presence sometimes feel out of reach. This weekend is designed to bring you fully into the moment exactly as it is. Set on a beautiful property with hinterland views and a beautiful serene energy. 4 days and 3 nights to simply be YOU. 

Onsite sauna, spa, cold plunge & magnesium pool to use at your leisure.

About your facilitator: 

Laura is the founder of Nautilus Acupuncture. As an Acupuncturist and Yoga teacher she blends her passion for Eastern Medical practices with her knowledge and experience of Western Medicine. She believes educating clients about their body, breath, mind and emotions is the key to improving physical and mental wellbeing. 

Supporting people to find ways to bring more calm, peace and stillness into their life is now her path and purpose. Whether that be through an Acupuncture treatment, Qi Gong practice, a yin yoga class, guided meditation or creating blissful retreat experiences. The practices and philosophies she shares are deeply intertwined into her clinical work, community education and life as a busy mum.
