Spring Awakening Retreat Day

Join Laura for her annual self-care spring seasonal retreat April 19, 2026 at the Wellness Arts Center in Montrose, PA from Noon-5:00PM.

An afternoon retreat to refresh your Mind, Body, and Soul with the changing of the season. As we welcome the return of Spring and ignite our sacred fire within. A picnic lunch will be served upon arrival, followed by a workshop on intention setting with crystal grids. We will then discuss rituals for Spring Wellness, take a snack break and then conclude our day with movement, meditation and sound to ignite our sacral fires and prepare for the warmer days of action ahead.
