After the sell out success of June’s Date we hope to make these events a Monthly opportunity for Montrose. The Second Sunday of every month from 7pm to 8pm.

Because we are made of around 75% water, sound travels through us with ease. Modern water‑consciousness researchers like Masaru Emoto and Veda Austin highlight how water responds to intention a beautiful reminder of why speaking kindly to ourselves matters.

During a Sound Bath, many people naturally slip into a deep meditative state. This is where the subconscious becomes more accessible, allowing space for insight, clarity, and connection with your inner guidance whether you call that soul, spirit, psyche, or higher self.


What to Expect

This session is designed to support your wellbeing and amplify your personal intention. Each instrument plays a specific role:

Drums — steady rhythms that help guide you into meditation

Gong — known for clearing stagnant energy and creating spaciousness

Singing bowls & chimes — uplifting frequencies that soothe, harmonise, and restore

Sound therapy has a growing evidence base, and its therapeutic benefits are recognised across wellbeing practices.
