# Event Details - **Event Name**: Auchenblae Gaming Club Warhammer 40K competition! - **Event Start and End Date**: Sat, 21 Mar, 2026 at 09:00 am – Sat, 21 Mar, 2026 at 07:00 pm - **Event Description**: This will be a one-day, singles tournament held in Auchenblae village hall. There will be 3 rounds of games, 5 battle rounds per game. Winner by Victory points (VP). Note that fully painted armies automatically get 10vp. The event will be using 1000 point armies on the highlander format* and the latest rules from the current update of the Warhammer 40000 10th edition. There will be a tuck shop running throughout, cash or tabs for card (paid at the end). The event will run for 3 rounds and there will be a prize giving at the end after tidy up. Please let us know if there are any people planning to attend with you so we can plan the numbers for lunch. *Highlander format & Army makeup “There can be only one!!!” Highlander format means you can only have one of any type of model/unit, except battleline. E.g you can have 3 units of chaos jackals but not 3 balistas dreadnaughts! We would advised having no units that make up more than 33% max point value of an individual unit of 333 points, so no Primarks,stompa’s, large knights, monoliths etc. Try to generally have an army that isn’t “no fun” to play against to keep the day good fun and competitive! Legend units are allowed. Proxies can be used so long as they bear a resemblance to the unit they are supposed to be, basically don’t turn up with an Irn bru can on wheels and call it an ork battle wagon! Please note, once your army list has been committed on registration it can’t be changed. 1000 point maximum including any enhancements. Please don’t enter an army with 1010 points etc. Please have all the relevant dataslates, apps or books you need to support your army. Children If your child is competitive and capable to Play alone then by all means add them to the competition (prizes might have to go to the parents though ?). People under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by an adult. Entry prices:- £15 for members £20 for non members £5 for spectators (includes lunch/tea& coffee) Entrance spaces will be prioritised to club members. We will start taking entrance fees for March’s Warhammer competition in Januarys gaming day. It promises to be a fun day, with 3 rounds of games, lunch and a prize ceremony. Please be sure to book as we only have a limited amount of spaces. Priority and discount will be given to club members.
