NO EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS ALLOWED.Please join us for the 7th annual FREE event on December 19th (everyone) from10 AM to 5 PM, the 20th (everyone) from 10 AM to 5 PM, & the 21st (special needs only) from10 AM to 3 PM at Friendship Hall (1001 N 2nd St., Montrose, CO 81401). Attendees must register for the special needs day on Dec.15th. Please email info@mrsclausforacause.org or call/text / (800) 231-0609 to register. No registration is needed for Friday or Saturday. No pets (service dogs are ok w/ valid documentation). Children must be present to receive gifts. All family members are welcome to join if you prefer to come on Sunday, the special needs day. Each child may only attend the event one day. Please dress festive for your photos with Santa!There will be free toys, free warm clothing items, Disney characters, pictures with Santa, face painting, hair cuts, cookie decorating, bounce houses, toy building, the Montrose Children’s Museum, performance's by the Elevation Academy of Dance, ponies, and more! Valkyrie Pro will also be providing movies for you to watch while you wait in line!Last year we helped 2500 people and our goal for this year is 3500. Donations are greatly appreciated. We need new toys for all age groups, warm clothing items, coloring/activity books, coloring tools (crayons, colored pencils, markers), and donated used books for all ages.We need help setting up December 16th-18th, help w/ the event on December 19th-21st, volunteers to be Disney characters, and help tearing down December 21st (after 3 PM) and Dec 22nd. We also need hairdressers/barbers to give free haircuts to kids. If you are in high school and need community service hours, we will double your hours for helping with this huge event! If you have enclosed trailers we could really use your help taking everything from storage on Tuesday the 16th to Friendship hall and then back to storage on the 22nd.Our fundraising goal for the 2025 event is $30,000.
