C’est un projet qui rend hommage aux racines qui nous soutiennent et aux liens que nous avons tissés ici, à Montréal. Pour cette occasion, nous vous invitons à venir célébrer avec nous lors d'une soirée où nous interpréterons l'EP en entier, accompagnés de quelques surprises et de plusieurs personnes qui ont fait partie de cette aventure. Comme toujours, ce n'est pas seulement un spectacle : c'est un moment pour se danser, chanter et célébrer ensemble. Merci à toutes les personnes qui nous soutiennent depuis le début, à celles qui sont passées dans une rueda, un atelier ou un concert, et à celles qui découvriront Raíz Viva pour la première fois ce soir-là. Raíces reflects our journey, the people we've met along the way, and our deep love for the Afro-Indigenous musical traditions of Colombia's Caribbean coast. It is a project rooted in tradition while celebrating the new community we've built here in Montréal.
