Saturday at 7:30 – 9:30am, 4:00 – 6:00pm
Sunday at 7:30 – 9:30am

Mornings focus on linear work and afternoons on spiral activity. Course material is based on participants and can be modified at any time to suit the needs of the group.

Open to all.

Les matins seront consacrées à l’activité linéaire des préludes.
Les après-midi seront consacrés à l’activité spiralée de la nrtta sadhana.

Le matériel de cours est basé sur les participants et peut être modifié à tout moment pour répondre aux besoins du groupe.
