Jeudi Soirée INITIATION-Freediving-INTRO night Oct. 30 oct. 2025

Session de 90 minutes en piscine permettant de découvrir la plongée en apnée sportive avec la supervision d'un instructeur certifié. Cette session ne mène à aucune certification. L'initiation vous permettra d'avoir un aperçu du sport et de l'expérimenter afin de déterminer si vous voulez suivre un cours de base complet qui mène à une certification.

Dates: Jeudi 30 octobre 2025 de 19h30 à 21h
Lieu: Centre Sportif de l'UQAM

Pré-requis: Savoir nager et être à l'aise en partie profonde. Avoir palmes, masque et tuba.

90-minute session in the pool to discover freediving with the supervision of a certified instructor. This session will not lead to any certification. The introduction will allow you to preview the sport and help you determine if you want to follow a complete basic course leading to certification.

Pre-requisites: Knowing how to swim and be comfortable in the deep end. Have mask, fins and snorkel.
