Full Moon Somatic Release Journey

Join us for a deep, immersive somatic experience including gentle connection practices, guided breathwork, intuitive movement, active meditation, moments of cathartic expression, and reflective journaling. At times, the experience can feel deep in the sense of gently meeting what’s genuinely present in the body. The intention is to support releasing what’s been held, inviting emotional clarity, and creating space for a nervous-system reset. Aligned with the energy of the full moon — often associated with culmination, release, and emotional clarity — this session offers a supportive, intentional container to let go of what feels complete and reconnect with yourself.

Early bird contribution $44 until February 14 — $55 thereafter. Accessible to all — no experience needed. This isn’t about fitness or treatment, but rather a supportive space for meaningful release, grounding, and embodied awareness.

🌿 Arrival: Doors will open at 6:50 PM, and we’ll begin promptly at 7:00 PM. If possible, arrive within this window to settle in comfortably. As you enter, you’re gently invited to do so in quiet or silence, allowing the space to hold you as you arrive.

🌿 What to bring: A water bottle if you’d like, and comfortable clothing you can move and rest in. Bolsters and blankets will be provided for comfort. Mats aren’t required, though you’re welcome to bring one if you prefer a little extra support beneath you. More than anything, bring an open heart and a willingness to meet yourself just as you are 💛
