We like to be comfortable when we run and finish with coffee and conversations. Choose your pace or follow a pacer—pets, friends, and family are welcome.In Montreal, our location will be Old Port (Vieux-Montreal). The rally point is the Champs-de-Mars metro. We go to the waterfront, passing by City Hall and Old Montreal tourist attractions. This is a new location!Schedule:9:00 AM: Arrival and round of introductions.9:10 AM: Quick warm-up. Then group photo!9:15 AM: Departure. Runs range from 2k to 5k usually or more depending on the group. The pace is conversational jogging (7 minutes per km) or faster if you want to.9:45 AM: The run finishes back in the old port. We go to a nearby coffee shop for networking. Hang out as long as you want.Feel free to suggest another place nearby!Only in very poor weather, the event doesn't take place.
