5Rythmes PASSAGES
Une belle façon d'accueillir une nouvelle année, cet atelier offre l'opportunité de faire le point d'où on est, de ce qu'on veut laisser aller, et de ce que l'on veut créer dans la vie.
Nous jouerons avec le mouvement, l'écriture, le théâtre, les échanges et les créations collectives pour naviguer les vagues énergétiques de ce temps liminal.
Chaque journée nos corps révèleront comment on négocie les transitions; on découvrira les possibilités et le potentiel qui émergent lorsqu'on relâche nos résistances et qu'on laisse briller notre essence.
Les 5Rythmes nous guiderons dans l'exploration de différents thèmes à chaque jour.
Nous serons à Circuit-Est, studio C, 1881 rue St André Mtl,
du 27 au 31 décembre, de 13h à 17h chaque jour.
Vous pouvez venir une journée ou aussi souvent que désiré, en sachant qu'une présence aux cinq jours offre la possibilité d'une plus grande transformation.

5Rhythms PASSAGES
A daily dancing practice during the Holidays to navigate the shifts of this time of year, this 5-day Waves Workshop is an opportunity to focus on what you've got, what you'd like let go of, and what you want to create in your life.
We'll play with mouvement, writing, theatre, sharing and collective creations to navigate the energetic waves of this liminal time.
Each day we'll let our bodies reveal how we move through transitions, getting curious about the possibilities and potential that pop up when we let go of resistance and allow our essence to shine.
The 5Rhythms will guide us each day as we explore different themes.
It's held at Circuit-Est, 1881 rue St André Mtl, on Dec. 27th to the 31st, from 1pm to 5pm every day.
You can come to just one or to as many sessions as you wish, keeping in mind that a deeper transformation is possible with a practice on all five days.
