Join us for a morning of movement, connection, and empowerment! This all-women’s event brings together runners, walkers, and changemakers for an inspiring experience centered on community, health, and advocacy.

• 11:30 AM: Arrivals + check-in at Ralia Connections
• 11:40 AM: Welcome + introduction to FTG, Power Hub members & Ralia Connections
• 11:55 AM: Warm-up for the running group and walking group
• 12:05 PM: Run/walk begins (choose your pace: runners or walkers!)
• 12:45 PM: Return, cool down, enjoy food + mingling
• 1:00 PM: Power Hub presentations & Q&A with our inspiring speaker: Dr. Judy Luu - Women's heart health Cardiologist MUHC
• 1:20 PM: Giveaway annoucements!
