The goal is simple: to make movement feel approachable, enjoyable, and accessible. This class is especially beginner-friendly, with guidance and variations throughout so you can find what feels good for your body. No flexibility, experience, or “yoga person” status required. Just bring yourself, your mat, and a little curiosity.✨ 11:00 AM — YogaThe class is completely FREE, and there is absolutely no obligation to stay for the social hour afterwards.From 12:15–12:45 PM, you’re invited to stick around for a little community social hour with alcohol-free drinks, time to mingle, and an opportunity to make a voluntary donation to La Fondation Émergence.At the end of the social hour, we’ll draw 5 giveaway winners (with gifts from queer or ally-owned local businesses) from those who chose to donate. If you’d like to participate in the giveaway, you’ll need to be present during the social hour to make your donation and be there for the draw.? A little note about photos & videos: By getting a ticket and attending the event, you consent to photos and videos being taken during the class for promotional purposes. We’ll be capturing the experience from a distance — no awkward close-ups or embarrassing moments.
