Through these offerings, we’re creating space to slow down, be in community, and strengthen the relationships that support our mental wellbeing.We'd love to see you throughout the week:✩ Tuesday, May 5 (10am-12pm): Community Care Café✩ Wednesday, May 6 (6-8pm): Connections Through Writing: A Meditative Journalling Workshop✩ Saturday, May 10 (11am-1pm): In Bloom: A Spring Photo Walk-Join us for a warm Tuesday morning for the second iteration of our gathering, Community Care Café! This event is for people doing care-centered and community-rooted work, including organizers, facilitators, mental health and cultural workers, and community builders.Community Care Café is not a panel, workshop, or traditional networking event. It’s a place to slow down, share honestly, and connect without pressure. Whether you come to vent, reflect, dream up collaborations, exchange resources, or simply sit with others who understand the weight and beauty of this work, you’re welcome here. The gathering will be lightly structured with small discussion circles guided by optional prompts, followed by open time to mingle, rest, or linger. There is no expectation to speak, produce, or perform. Come as you are. Participants are warmly encouraged to bring along any resources they’ve found helpful in their work; tools, readings, organizations, practices, or connections they’d like to share.
