You don't have to be a naturalist or artist to build a meaningful practice, either, anyone can do it. If you're curious about nature journaling, or already have a practice that you would like to deepen, consider joining us for this two session, week long course. In the first session we'll explore some techniques for starting and sustaining a journaling practice, do some journaling exercises together, and end by sharing some resources to help identify and learn more about the nature you observe. You'll leave with a list of inspiring prompts for the intervening week, and we'll reconvene a week later for one more session to see how things went, answer any questions, and do another journaling exercise together.Please bring the following: a notebook (or just paper) and a pencil/pen.
