Winter Porch Pot Workshop – With a Patriot Heart

Join Leah from Queen Bee's Gardens & Floral and the VFW to create a beautiful winter porch pot that will brighten your home and support a wonderful cause. The VFW provides continuous support for our Veterans and their families throughout the year as well as an outpouring amount of support within the Monticello community.

Create, connect, and give back—because a little beauty can make a big difference. A portion of the proceeds from this event will be donated back to the VFW in support of their continued efforts.

When:
Wednesday, November 19 | 6–8 PM

Details:
This event requires advanced registration to ensure we have enough materials, so please purchase your tickets early—seats are limited!

Have a beer (on me 🍺) with friends and get in the holiday spirit for a great cause! The workshop includes a guided process and an initial demonstration, and I’ll be on hand to offer tips and recommendations throughout!

Included with your ticket:

• One FREE beer/drink (up to $6)
• 12" container (plastic)
• Soil, spruce tops, pine boughs & twigs
• A fun, festive atmosphere!

Food & Drink:
The VFW offers a food menu for purchase, as well as a full bar with a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, so you can snack and sip while you craft.

Additional winter greens, berries, bows & “bling” will be available for purchase to customize your creation. Please do not bring outside materials.

Note: If you’d like to create more than one porch pot, please do not purchase multiple tickets—there’s an option to add extra containers at checkout. Payment for additional containers will be made at the event.
