Register here at least one day prior to each class. All sales are final.*Students are encouraged to bring their own mat; limited mats will be provided on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please alert the photographer or videographer if you do not want your image taken.About the InstructorJosie Heck began teaching in 2014 after receiving her 200-hour training through Amara Yoga & Arts and Yoga Alliance. Over the last decade she has expanded the range of classes to better serve the community. While she specializes in Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow the most popular classes are Beginners Yoga, Chair Yoga, Kids classes, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Gentle Flow.She teaches Community Yoga and Full Moon classes through The Farms at Allerton Park and Retreat Center and provides free classes at Monticello Middle School and Monticello High School. Josie has also led classes at the local hospital and senior assisted facilities.
