Yoga for Self-Care & Burn-Out
Let’s turn to yoga for self-management this year!
Join Josie, Lori and Heather for the perfect winter reboot.
A regular yoga practice gives us the tools to handle stress, stay grounded, and nurture our overall health. Learn to move with ease, breath to strengthen and refresh, and cultivate a mindfulness exercise to keep you grounded and calm. Allow yoga to become a self-care routine that helps on and off the mat.
What to expect
We will discuss the dangers of chronic stress and fatigue. Josie will lead students thru different breathwork practices that can help with sleep, anxiety, focus and calming down the nervous system. Followed by a fun yoga flow class to relax the mind and wake up the body.
Class will end with guided Yoga Nidrah
(aggressive napping😊) with sound bowls and tuning forks. Students have the option of adding a moisturizing hand mask and or eye masks to rejuvenate your skin.
After class enjoy beverages and light snacks.

*Students have the option to work on a 5–10-minute home yoga sequence with instructor Josie Heck after class. This sequence will be emailed to you OR we can write it down and take notes in class. *
