This experience is not about creating a masterpiece or making something picture-perfect. Instead, we will focus on the process of creating without judgment, expectations, or pressure. Alcohol inks naturally flow, blend, and move in unexpected ways, inviting us to let go of perfectionism and embrace curiosity.

Intuitive art can be a powerful tool for mental wellness. It encourages mindfulness, self-expression, and being present in the moment while giving our minds a break from overthinking and daily stress. As we create, we will explore what it feels like to trust the process, release control, and simply enjoy making something for the sake of creating.

No artistic experience is needed. Just come as you are. All supplies will be provided, and you will leave with both your artwork and a reminder that creativity is not about being good at art. It is about giving yourself permission to explore, play, and connect with yourself in a new way.
