Hand Tied Rag Garland

Join us for a workshop to make a hand tied rag garland. Bring your creativity; we will supply everything you need. This event is free & open to the public. Sponsored by the Friends of the Monticello Public Library. Adults & children ages 10 & up are welcome to join us. Children do need to have an adult with them to participate.
