We've been quiet for the past few weeks, and that's because we are transitioning just a little bit to bring you: Sourdough Classes!

Our first Sourdough Demonstration will be at our next Johnston's Farmers' Market on SATURDAY, JUNE 27TH at 10:30 a.m., right under the Half Acre Wood tent!

We will be teaching you how to feed and maintain your starter while going through the steps to show you what we do, and then we will be showing you how to make our Mopsy Bread (our classic rustic sourdough loaf)!  We will not have an oven, but we will be going through each step before that, and will answer any and all questions!  The demonstration is expected to last 30-45 minutes.

We will also have available for purchase our active sourdough starter in a jar which comes with a jump start guide to get you going ($16), and our dehydrated starter that comes with out Sourdough Booklet Starter Booklet ($15).

Additionally, we will have available Mopsy Bread for you to purchase if you want to try the results of what we went over! ?

⭐️We will not have any other breads on our table for sale, but we will bake all pre-orders made before Thursday at 3:00 p.m. and bring them to the farmers' market for pick up!⭐️
