Over the last decade she has expanded the range of classes to better serve the community. While she specializes in Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow the most popular classes are Beginners Yoga, Chair Yoga, Kids classes, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Gentle Flow.She teaches Community Yoga and Full Moon classes through The Farms at Allerton Park and Retreat Center and provides free classes at Monticello Middle School and Monticello High School.
