Limited mats will be provided on a first-come, first-serve basis.Registration is required. Community classes are donation-based to help support the Park and public programs. Since that time, she has expanded her range of classes to better serve the community. While she specializes in Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow, her most popular classes are Beginners Yoga, Chair Yoga, Kids classes, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Gentle Flow.She teaches yoga classes through The Farms as well as providing free classes at Monticello Middle School and free breathwork at Monticello High School. She has also led classes at the local hospital and senior assisted facilities.About The Farms, offers  focusing on .
