Since that time, she has expanded her range of classes to better serve the community. While she specializes in Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow, her most popular classes are Beginners Yoga, Chair Yoga, Kids classes, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Gentle Flow.She teaches yoga classes through The Farms as well as providing free classes at Monticello Middle School and free breathwork at Monticello High School.
