The 34th annual R4 will take place June 20th, 2026. For a third of a century you have chosen to help people and serve your community. Thank you!

The R4 is presented by the Trevor Loughlin Foundation, whose mission is unwavering- to make a difference to patients battling blood cancer and other acute catastrophic illnesses in need in our region. We do that by issuing patient grants and supporting other non-profit organizations that play a key role in their treatment and recovery journey, like the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, DKMS Delete Blood Cancer, United Way of Sullivan County, and Garnet Health Catskills Foundation. We also include Holiday Mt. Ski Foundation to thank them for the use of the venue and all the support they give us in staging the event. 

While last year brought us some rain, a good time was had by all- thanks to the amazing facilities we are able to use at Holiday. The lodge is large enough to hold everyone! People also really like our new course that begins and ends at Holiday Mt., meandering along the Neversink River.  

Thanks to the support of so many—from the homeowners who put up with road closures and come out to volunteer, to law enforcement, the first responder community, and dozens and dozens of volunteers, we are able to host a safe fun event. And that enables us to raise lots of money—more than $100,000 last year, and @$ 2,000,000 to date!
