2026 AHSPLA Powerlifting State Championship

No More than 14 Lifters per Team
No More than 2 Lifters per Wt. Class
Lifters must Lift in the Class they weighed in at. They Cannot bump up a Weight Class
Lifters must weigh in Underwear
(No boots & Jeans & Jackets to make a higher Wt. Class)
(The weight classes are “and under”)
(Lifter weighs 114.6 LBS = he is in the 123.5 and under wt. class)
(Digital Scales will Round up – ie 165.3 LBs, 181.8 LBS)
