Ever feel like your emotions are big, confusing, or hard to explain?
This workshop is a place to slow down, get creative, and just be yourself — no pressure, no judgment.

For two hours, you’ll explore art, journaling, and mindfulness in a relaxed, welcoming space where you don’t need to be “good at art” or have the right words. Everything we do is about helping you feel more confident, calm, and connected to yourself.

What you’ll get to do:

? Create a Self-Love + Self-Worth Jar
Design your own jar using flowers, colors, and materials you choose. Inside, you’ll add reminders, affirmations, and reflections you can come back to anytime you need a boost.

? Make a Self-Love Mini “Magic Potion” Jar
Mix ingredients that represent your strengths, emotions, and intentions ~ a fun, creative way to remind yourself of what makes you powerful.

✍️ Try guided journaling + art-making (no pressure!)
You’ll use simple prompts to explore thoughts, feelings, and self-talk in a way that feels safe and private.

? Learn calming mindfulness tools
Easy techniques you can use at school, before bed, or when things feel overwhelming.

? Talk it out — only if you want to
There will be space to share thoughts and ideas, but talking is always optional. Listening counts too.

Throughout the workshop, you’ll learn why self-love and self-worth matter, how emotions work, and how to take care of yourself in real-life moments.

You’ll leave with your artwork, journal reflections, and tools you can actually use ~ plus a reminder that you are enough, just as you are.
