Join Annie Mayse on Saturday, April 4th for two restful and replenishing hours of Yin Yoga.

This practice will take you on a journey of your seven chakras with uplifting affirmations and poses devoted to each energy center.

This workshop is inspired by a meditation from Annie's personal practice; this moving meditation will bring you more clarity, connection, and peace on and off your mat.
