Walk for Peace, the 120-day, 2,300-mile journey by Buddhist monks — with loyal dog, Aloka — walking from Fort Worth, Texas, to Washington, D.C. to raise awareness of peace, loving kindness, and compassion across America and the world. ?

Donations of protein bars, hydration packets, hand and feet warmers, heated socks, and other items (updated in the discussion portion of this event page) to keep them warm as they proceed North are welcome and can be dropped off at PJ's Furniture located at 64 Dalraida Rd. Montgomery, AL, United States, 36109. Aloka will be happy to receive any gifts as well!
