We’ll blend sun-kissed botanicals, orchard blossoms, and softly warming spices to create custom simmer pot mixes that capture the feeling of strolling through a Hudson Valley farm market in mid-May—golden light, open-air stands, and the simple joy of the season shining at its brightest. Each blend is designed to bring that sense of warmth, freshness, and sunshine-filled comfort into your home, or to share as a beautifully thoughtful seasonal gift.

Your ticket includes:

·      All simmer pot ingredients (fresh and dried)
·      A reusable jar for your fresh it and lovely gift-ready packaging for your dried kit

PBF Café’s full menu and bar will be open, with food and beverages available for purchase before, during, and after the workshop.
