Join us at the Riverwalk Amphitheater (355 Coosa Street) every Saturday starting July 11th for a free, community-focused fitness series designed to get Montgomery moving!

Led by Kim West, Parks & Recreation’s Fitness Coordinator, the program is designed to provide an energetic, inclusive environment where community members can stay active and engage with their neighbors. Participants are encouraged to bring water, a yoga mat, and a towel.

What to expect:
• Free fitness classes
• No age restrictions — everyone is welcome!
• A friendly, supportive environment
• A chance to get active and strengthen community connections

July 11: Total Body Burn
Strengthen and tone your entire body with a full-body workout.
Participants are asked to bring a pair of dumbbells (5 lbs. or less).

July 18: Community Circuit
Move through interactive fitness stations while connecting with others in a fun, supportive environment.

July 25: Chair Fitness
Improve strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility with a low-impact workout suitable for all ages and abilities. Chairs will be provided by the department. 

This event is all about bringing our community together and enjoying movement outdoors. Come join the fun and get motivated with us!
